Brockwell & Carrington is Proud to Announce the Completion of Two of Our Most Exciting Projects!
Frances A. Sinatra Hall/Student Housing
This project is a six story, 100,000 square foot new construction building and expansive parking lot.
The Dormitory houses over 300 students in suite style rooms. Every suite contains a full bathroom, powder room and shower room.
Floors 2 through 6 house students. These floors also have a lounge, washers & dryers and garbage room
The first floor contains a large stairwell, community kitchen, large community/activity room and directors suite.
John J. Cali School of Music
This project consists of a 5-story, 50,000 plus square foot complete gut renovation; a 2-story, 25,000 plus square foot Recital Hall addition, as well as a 1-story, 10,000 square foot curved rehearsal hall addition and parking lot.
Through Innovative design and construction, the main entrance was reoriented to face College Avenue making it a “Gateway” Building for the campus.
In keeping with the Spanish Mission Style of the original building, the renovation has preserved its charm and kept it’s character intact.
In addition, Brockwell & Carrington has innovatively created a 250 seat recital hall with superior acoustics, teaching studios, faculty offices, and rehearsal rooms with complete acoustic isolation.
