Construction of the James Madison Elementary School, Garfield, NJ

Finish Date: July 2018

 

Scope of Work: The building is a 3-story facility approximately 53,000 SF, designed to educate 275 students grades K-5 located in the Garfield School District. The school will include 13 classrooms, 2 special education classrooms, 4 group instruction rooms, cafeteria, multi-purpose room w/stage to be utilized as a gym & large group assembly, music room, art room, computer room & media center.

Design – Build the Kennedy Elementary School, Harrison NJ

Finish Date: September 2019

 

Scope of Work: This project is Design/Build. The building is a 3 – story complete educational facility of approximately 70,000 SF, designed to educate 325 students from grades pre-k thru 1st grade, it is located in the Harrison School district. This facility will include 28 classrooms, special education classrooms, media center, science lab, computer lab, music room, gymnasium, cafetoria/assembly room, kitchen, dining area, conference room, support, nurses and general offices.
