Lightning Brook Park Improvements for UCIA

Site demolition of a large portion of the Lightning Brook Park, including the existing parking lot, playground, and natural turf field. Renovation of the park will include the installation of a multi-use sport turn field, restroom facility, playground, spray area, basketball court, walking path, a parking lot expansion, as well as improvements to the lighting and site utilities including but not limited to electrical, sanitary, and water improvements. This project is valued at approximately $9,000,000.00.
