The Building Additions at the Central Avenue and Kings Road Schools for the Madison Board of Education

This project consists of the simultaneous construction of a 13,000 sq. ft addition to the existing Central Avenue School and a 3,000 sq. ft addition to the existing Kings Road School. The Central Avenue School addition will be comprised of a two-story gymnasium with “gang style” bathrooms and two classrooms with corresponding bathrooms located within the space. Similarly, the Kings Road Addition is comprised of its own gymnasium/multi-purpose room. In addition to the new facilities, both project sites will also receive complementary site improvements. This project is valued at $8,500,000.00.
