Secaucus Senior Center

This project consists of a 2-story building, approximately 8,000 square feet per floor, a 2-stop elevator. The First Floor has a 3,240 square foot Community Room with a beverage station, fully equipped Kitchen, Pantry, Storage and Kitchen Prep Area of 1,200 square feet, Waiting Lounge of 300 square feet. Administrative Offices, Storage & Toilet Rooms. The Second Floor is primarily 7,000 square feet of open space, which currently is designated as Storage Room and Toilets Rooms. While the new Senior Center will be mostly for the town’s seniors, but it will also serve as a sort of community center for the town. This project is valued at approx. $6,000,000.
