Township of Mahwah DPW Garage and Maintenance Facility: Phase 1 – Site Development

This project consists of the Phase 1 Site Development package for the Township of Mahwah’s future DPW Garage and Maintenance Facility. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing structures and salt shed, site clearing, all earthwork, installation of underground site utilities such as sanitary, storm, water, and electrical. Additionally, the scope of work includes the installation of cast in place concrete retaining walls, footings and foundation work for the new salt shed, and the installation of concrete curbs and the base course of asphalt throughout the project site. This project is valued at approximately $6,500,000.00.
